Our puzzles are designed in New Zealand and manufactured in China by a team of experienced puzzle perfectionists.

We know how frustrating a missing or damaged puzzle piece is. Please send us an email of the puzzle and picture of the missing piece to hello@piecehouse.co.nz

At this stage, our puzzles are for adults only. We are exploring the expansion of our puzzle offering to children soon so stay tuned. Please note that children under the age of 3 should not play with our products, as they present a choking hazard.

Lots of customers love framing their puzzles once completed. We sell Mod Podge puzzle glue which you can apply to the puzzle to hold it together before framing it yourself. Check out our blog here for a step by step guide. Alternatively any framer experienced with puzzles can also help you.

We run online speed competition a few times a year via our website and some are run in partnership with jigsaw puzzle associations or groups as virtual or in person speed events. There's no fixed schedule so keep an eye on our newsletter or social media for the next one.

Unfortunately we're not able to do one off personal puzzles at this stage. Our custom puzzle service has a minimum order of 100 units per design but we're exploring options for smaller/personal custom orders in future.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your product to us within 14 days of your purchase date. Please see our Return Policy for return conditions and more information.

We pack and ship orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We'll always do our best to help but can't guarantee an order will be caught before it's dispatched.

We currently ship to New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer pick up orders.

We have a distribution centre in Auckland, New Zealand and in London, United Kingdom.

Yes, our minimum order quantity is 14 puzzles which can be mixed designs.

Our minimum order quantity of custom puzzles is 100 units per design.

Our lead time ranges from 10-12 weeks from artwork approval to delivery to your doorstep.

Yes. We offer three levels of support depending on what you've got:

• You provide artwork + packaging — you handle both, we will do a check over of the artwork prior to going to production
• You provide artwork, we design packaging — using your logo, fonts and colours 
• We create everything — we commission the artist and design the packaging for you 

50% is due when you confirm the order, with the remaining 50% due on delivery.

We can, but typically do not provide a pre-production physical sample. Instead we provide digital photo proofs before we go to production. We can also colour match to brand PMS colours.
