Our puzzles are designed in New Zealand and manufactured in China by a team of experienced puzzle perfectionists.

As puzzle experts ourselves, we understand the frustration a missing or damaged puzzle piece causes. If this happens, we’ll send you a replacement puzzle of the same image, without question. Please get in contact with us here and we will be happy to assist.

At this stage, our puzzles are for adults only. We are exploring the expansion of our puzzle offering to children soon so stay tuned. Please note that children under the age of 3 should not play with our products, as they present a choking hazard.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your product to us within 14 days of your purchase date. Please see our Return Policy for return conditions and more information.

All refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Please note the cost of the shipping for the return is the expense of the customer and will not be included in the refund.
