PACKAGING
Your order comes packed in a PieceHouse puzzle box which uses recycled and recyclable materials. Your order will be protected in a cardboard box.

Products purchased on this website can only be delivered within New Zealand,  Australia and the United Kingdom. 

PRE-ORDER
When available: A pre-order is an order placed for an item that hasn’t been released or is not currently in stock. They’re shipped once available and allow you to order products before they are available. Pre order items will be indicated on the item with an estimate of the expected delivery time. Dispatch for pre orders is made as soon as the item arrives in stock.

Any in stock orders that are placed with pre orders will be held aside and dispatched together once the pre orders have arrived and are ready to ship. If you are wanting your in stock items to be shipped immediately, please order in a different transaction to your pre order.
